Tricia LaMotte is a Southern California native and has lived in the Santa Clarita Valley for the 40 years. Tricia and her husband, Richard La Motte raised their children, Jason and Cherie, in Santa Clarita and love the community with its surrounding beautiful hills and open spaces. Tricia has volunteered time serving in the local PTA, the Brownies, and as den mother for the Cub Scouts; and since 1980 she has served in various volunteer capacities in her local church. Tricia is currently a member of World Harvest Faith Center in Santa Clarita.
Tricia LaMotte started her real estate career in 1981, and has earned numerous awards, but she believes that the most important recognition is receiving the thanks from her loyal clients for a job well done.
